Ahh man I never really understood classic "tower climb" scenarios where the antagonist throws a bunch of minions at the protag before they can face off. It always felt a bit ingenuous to me since I didn't get why they didn't just try to crush the protag right away, but I like this. This is good. The intent is to test the protagonist, and in this particular case, it works super well since the intent is also to try and "corrupt" Acro into using his skill on humans, which is what he's fighting against. The fact that the Boss, who is likely responsible for allowing skill use on humans to begin with, wants to see Acro's skill being used on people is very understandable. The realization excited me enough to post that sneak peak earlier lol.
